New Attendance Record at BioNJ Annual Dinner Meeting, Awards Program and Networking Event
| Thank you to the more than 540 registrants who made our 2010 Annual Meeting our most successful meeting ever. Dr. Sol J. Barer, Chairman and CEO of Celgene Corporation, paid a fitting tribute to former ImClone Systems CEO John H. Johnson as he presented the Dr. Sol J. Barer Award for Vision, Innovation and Leadership to John. In his keynote speech, John, who is now President of the Global Oncology Business Unit and Senior Vice President at Eli Lilly and Company, took us on an emotional ride that challenged us all to do better for patients and their families. And thanks to The Honorable James C. Greenwood, President and CEO of BIO, for his insights into the status of health care reform and other issues affecting the biotechnology industry in Washington.
