Christian Kopfli, Esq., serves as the CEO of Chromocell. From 1998 to 2003, Christian was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City, where he gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and private equity transactions. During his tenure at DPW, he worked in the firm’s New York, Tokyo and Frankfurt offices. He received a doctoral degree in law (magna cum laude) from the University of Zurich in 2000 and his LL.M. from Columbia Law School in New York City in 1998. Christian has published several articles on capital markets topics in law journals and newspapers.
